 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brewer Heating & Cooling replaced our water heater and HVAC system yesterday.  Excellent experience all around. Jas did a great job putting the deal together, giving advice with multiple estimates, and making sure that everything about the installation was seamless. The work was done by Austin, Will, and Mehki.  They arrived on time and got to work.  The heat index was over 100, yet they worked continuously throughout the day and also remained cheerful and polite.  It was a long day for them, too.  Quite a feat.  They were careful when removing the old HVAC system (switched from gas to heat pump) and water heater (switched from gas to electric) and while bringing in the new components. They asked where we wanted the heat pump placed outside beforehand.  The installation is perfect, and the work was very neat, including the little things:  crimps on the copper pipes from the water heater, ties holding the insulation and copper tubing evenly spaced, and the PVC lines from the HVAC and water heater are tied together and take up little space.  Nothing to clean up and no scratches on the wood floors or stairs. Austin recommended which type of furnace filter to use and explained why, which was great.  They said to call for any questions.  We look forward to having them come out for maintenance checks and any future service. Highly recommend this company and crew. Thank you again!

He also took the time to answer my questions regarding thermostat removal for painting around it and gave me a quick demo. 9/3/2026 - I try not to go review-crazy, but had a failed AC overnight in the middle of extreme heat. 80 degrees inside. Called for after hours service at 4:30 AM. The technician, Trenton, was at my house in under an hour. Awesome attitude for that hour of the morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the needed replacement capacitor on board the truck, and the temp in the house is coming back to normal.  I get nothing but super service from this company, and that’s worth the updated review!

They have always been professional and helpful. I became a loyal customer for life several years ago, after the owner took time out of Christmas shopping for his kids on Christmas Eve night to fix my furnace, which wasn’t working properly. He only charged for the piece he had to replace, not his labor. They don’t try to sell me things I don’t need. This time I told them we would be moving soon. They said I probably didn’t need the insulation on the air conditioner this year, but I chose it since we’re putting the house up for sale.
