This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy diagnosing and repairing air conditioning systems during Indiana’s hottest months and delivering fast, reliable service to homeowners throughout the south side of Indianapolis.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
Maintain accurate service documentation
Represent Brewer Heating & Cooling professionally in customers’ homes
Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Excellent customer communication skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Experience servicing residential AC systems preferred
