Isaac and Julie were both born and raised in central Indiana. They are the parents of 5 children. The first few years of the company it was not uncommon for Isaac to spend 6 days a week working 12 hours a day, juggling service calls, new system installs, family obligations and office work non stop. It was seven years before he was able to take a vacation. Since then, the company has grown as he was able to slowly find several talented and dependable individuals. Isaac is involved in the day to day operations of the company and still assists with service calls and jobs. Taking a ‘hands on’ approach, it’s not uncommon for him to be in a hot attic or wet crawl space one day, and be in an office or board meeting the next. He likes to work and stay busy. He enjoys personal phone calls and enjoys getting to know new people. While Julie was very involved in the beginnings of the company, she is now able and happier to spend more time at home with their children.
