Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal cooling inspections
Troubleshoot refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
Maintain accurate service documentation
Represent Brewer Heating & Cooling professionally in customers’ homes
Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Excellent customer communication skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Experience servicing residential air conditioning systems preferred
