Brewer Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled AC Repair Technician to serve homeowners throughout Franklin and surrounding Johnson County communities.

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting cooling systems, restoring air conditioning during peak summer demand, and building trusted relationships with homeowners throughout the community.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant issues
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Represent Brewer Heating & Cooling professionally in customers’ homes
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Experience servicing residential cooling systems preferred
